Welcome to Spanish Meadows Rehabilitation Center. Our goal is to provide quality therapeutic services designed to help YOU reach your highest level of independence. Remember that YOU are the most important person in this Rehabilitation Team. Please know that planning your RETURN HOME has already begun. However, the steps you make towards your independence will require PATIENCE, HARD WORK, MOTIVATION, ACCEPTANCE, & RE-LEARNING. We are here to help you reach your goals.

THERAPY TEAM AT Spanish Meadows
Our Therapy Team is comprised of Licensed Therapists that are employed FULL-TIME. They participate in the overall care of our patients providing feedback to physicians and families and attending Care Plans, Inter-Disciplinary team, & Quality Control Meetings.
WOUND CARE AT Spanish Meadows
Our highly skilled nursing professionals work diligently to help you heal. Our wound care services include:
- Post Surgical Wounds
- Pressure and Diabetic Ulcers
- Lymph Edema
- Circulation-Related Wounds
- Slow Healing or Chronic Wounds
- Chronic Inflammation
- Wounds Complicated by Poor Circulation, Diabetes, Cancer, Vascular Disorders, and Other Conditions
NURSING CARE AT Spanish Meadows
We provide 24-hour skilled and acute nursing care. Our nursing staff is available around-the-clock to manage care of patients with chronic and acute conditions. Wound care, pain management, total parenteral nutrition (tube feeding), swallowing therapy, and post-surgical care are included.
